Include your device model, operating-system version, YuDaily build number and the steps that led to the issue. For an exercise demo, include its exercise name. Please don’t email passwords, verification codes, signing keys or private health records.
Installing a beta update
iPhone testers can open TestFlight, choose YuDaily and install the newest available build. Android testers should use the latest installer provided by Tiger Labs. Update without uninstalling when possible to preserve local records.
Using exercise demos offline
The current beta includes 31 exercise videos and movement pictures in the installer. After installing the app, they do not require a separate download or first online viewing. Sign-in and cloud backup still need internet access.
Signing in and backing up
Local program use does not require an account. Account sign-in is optional for cloud backup. On iPhone, choose Sign in with Apple or enter an email address. Google and Facebook availability depends on their provider settings.
After signing in, choose Back Up This Phone and check its confirmed timestamp. A backup belongs to the account and phone you linked. In-app restore and automatic merging between phones are not available in the current beta.
Apple Watch, Wear OS and health permissions
The Apple Watch companion needs a paired compatible iPhone and watch. Wear OS uses a separate companion paired with an Android phone. Follow the watch setup guide. Health measurements depend on the device and the permissions you choose. You can decline or later change permissions in Apple’s device settings. Sensor availability and measurements vary.
Pricing and membership
Free, Plus and Coach plans are being prepared for invited testing. The planned Plus price is $4.99/month or $39.99/year with a 7-day trial for eligible first-time subscribers. Coach is planned at $12.99/month or $99.99/year, includes Plus and has no trial. Public release remains on hold. In a membership-enabled test build, open Profile → Membership preview to view or restore access. TestFlight purchases use Apple’s sandbox. Google purchase tests require a Google Play installation and an approved license-testing account; a directly installed APK does not replace that setup. Always check the store confirmation.
Account and data deletion
When Coach testing is enabled, open Profile → Coach preview & data sharing, review the sharing details, and choose whether to allow it. This beta supports questions with your selected goal and experience. Daily AI plan changes and vital-based rest are still in development. You can revoke future Coach sharing on the same screen.
Use Privacy & Data in YuDaily to export records or delete your cloud account. Account deletion and removal of local phone records are separate actions. Read the full deletion instructions.
