YuDaily · Tiger Labs
Your information.
Your choices.
This policy explains how the current YuDaily app and its optional account services handle information.
Information on your device
YuDaily stores your program preferences, workout records and optional wellness entries locally. Depending on what you choose to enter, these can include your preferred name, training experience and equipment, sets and repetitions, weight used, workout history, sleep quality, energy, mood, symptom or cycle-related entries, nourishment information and journal text. You do not need to fill in every optional field.
Optional accounts and cloud backups
If you create an account, authentication services process your email address and account identifier. A sign-in provider may also supply account details you authorize, such as a name. YuDaily uses those details to authenticate you and operate your account.
If you link your phone and use cloud backup, YuDaily uploads a snapshot of its saved local records to Supabase. The snapshot may contain the workout, wellness, preference and journal information you saved on that phone. It is associated with your account ID and a generated per-phone backup identifier. After linking, the app may update that phone’s backup when records change. A confirmed timestamp indicates that a backup completed.
Backups are private to the authenticated account. Each linked phone has its own backup. The current beta does not provide automatic cross-device merging or in-app restore.
Apple Health and Apple Watch
With your permission, the companion can read supported health measurements and save completed workouts to Apple Health. Only the data types you authorize and that your device supports are available. You can decline permissions and change them through Apple’s settings.
YuDaily uses workout and wellness information to provide its fitness features and your personal view of progress. Health information is not used for advertising, sold to data brokers, or used for credit, insurance or employment decisions. YuDaily does not diagnose, treat or predict medical conditions.
How information is used
- To create and display your training plan and saved records.
- To operate sign-in, private backup, export and account-deletion features.
- To show the workout and wellness context you choose to record.
- To respond to support requests and maintain the security and operation of the service.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and cloud backup storage. The Tiger Labs IONOS mailbox is used for account-related email. Apple, Google and Meta process their respective sign-in flows under their own policies when you choose those providers. This support website is hosted through Sites infrastructure.
Service providers may process connection information and maintain operational or security logs under their own service settings and policies. The current app does not include advertising or a marketing-tracking SDK.
Optional Coach data sharing
When Coach testing is enabled, you may choose to send a question and the goal and training experience you select through YuDaily’s Supabase server to OpenAI for a reply. Questions may contain wellness information you choose to type. This beta screen does not automatically attach Apple Health or Watch readings, journal entries, your email or workout history. Daily AI plan changes and vital-based rest adjustments are not active in this beta.
Coach sharing requires a separate choice in the app. You can revoke future sharing in Profile → Coach preview & data sharing. Revocation does not erase requests already processed. YuDaily stores a versioned consent record and daily request count in Supabase; these are associated with your account. The Coach service does not save questions or replies to the YuDaily cloud backup or a conversation-history table. OpenAI may retain API request data under its operational and abuse-monitoring policies. Read OpenAI’s API data policy. A reply is general fitness guidance, not medical monitoring or diagnosis, and does not automatically alter a workout.
Membership and purchase information
YuDaily uses RevenueCat to manage membership access across its Apple and Google store connections. RevenueCat processes your YuDaily account identifier, product and entitlement identifiers, purchase and subscription status, and the app/device information used by its purchase SDK. The YuDaily server uses your account identifier to check Coach access. Apple or Google handles store checkout and payment details; YuDaily does not receive your payment-card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and the policies of the store you use. TestFlight purchases and correctly configured Google Play license tests use store test environments.
Support messages
If you email support, Tiger Labs receives your email address and the information you include. Send only what is needed to explain the issue; do not include passwords or private health records. We use support correspondence to handle your request and related service issues.
Keeping and deleting information
Local records remain on your device until removed. Cloud account and backup records remain associated with your account until deleted through the available account controls or a supported deletion request. Provider operational records, backups or correspondence may remain subject to the provider’s retention policies and applicable obligations.
Deleting a cloud account does not automatically erase the local database on your phone or copies you previously exported. See account and data deletion instructions.
Your controls
- Choose whether to create an account and link a phone for backup.
- Skip optional wellness entries and control health permissions.
- Export local records through Privacy & Data.
- Delete your cloud account through Privacy & Data.
- Contact support to ask about access, correction or deletion of information associated with your account.
We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request. Information may be processed in countries where the service providers operate. Your rights depend on applicable law.
Intended audience
YuDaily is designed for adult women and midlife wellness. It is not designed as a children’s service. If you believe a child has provided account information without appropriate authorization, contact support.
Testing and future changes
Free, Plus and Coach memberships are being prepared for invited testing. The public app release remains on hold. Store confirmations describe the product, price, renewal and any trial you choose. New health-sharing or automated coaching features will require updated information and appropriate choices before they are enabled. The effective date above identifies this policy version.
