Cloud account deletion and removal of records from your phone are separate actions. Export anything you want to keep first.

Delete your cloud account in YuDaily

1. Open YuDaily and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open You / More, then Privacy & Data.
3. Choose Delete Account and read the confirmation before continuing.

This deletes the authentication account and its associated YuDaily cloud backup rows. It does not erase the local database on a phone, information stored separately in Apple Health, or files you previously exported.

Membership and Coach records

Deleting your cloud account removes its associated YuDaily Coach consent and daily usage rows. Store transaction and provider membership records may remain subject to their retention policies and separate deletion requests. Contact support if you need help with those records. Deleting YuDaily or its cloud account does not cancel a store subscription: manage cancellation through Apple or Google Play. Revoking Coach sharing stops future requests but does not retract requests already processed by OpenAI.

Remove local phone records

Export your data first if needed. Removing YuDaily and its app data from a device may remove its locally stored records; operating-system backup behavior can vary. This is different from signing out. Deleting the app alone does not submit a cloud account-deletion request.

If you cannot access the account

Email support@tigerlabsapps.com with the subject “YuDaily account deletion” from the email associated with your account, if possible. Identify that you are requesting deletion of your YuDaily account. We may need to verify ownership before acting.

Do not include a password, verification code or health records in your message.

Apple Health and sign-in providers

Review and remove Health data or permissions through Apple’s controls if you want to. Deleting YuDaily does not delete your Apple, Google or Facebook account.

Retention limits

Provider operational logs, infrastructure backups or correspondence may remain subject to provider retention policies and applicable obligations. Contact support if you have questions about a specific request. Read YuDaily’s privacy policy.
